Head of Communications

It’s the perfect time for an inspiring and engaging Head of Communications to develop and deliver a communications strategy and plan that delivers our ambitious targets around excellent customer service, being a great employer and providing places where people want to live.
You’ll be a true owner and driver of change, making us easier to do business with for customers in our 21,000 homes by ensuring engagement is timely, open and useful. Then there’s our 600 employees who you will help make sure are engaged, informed and outcome focused, while having some fun along the way!

You’ll be a confident leader with the ability to help deliver our strategic priorities. You will be an authentic communicator that aims to motivate and inspire your audience, overseeing excellent content and exhibiting great judgement when faced with ambiguity, complex or conflicting information. You will be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills and have a deep understanding of improving social media and collaborative technologies.
You’ll have experience of working brilliantly with senior stakeholders and value the power of true and effective partnership working.
