Windlesham Road is a service that supports 5 women who have learning disabilities. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

As a service we support people with learning disabilities who have additional support needs including; autism, challenging behaviour, communication and health needs to live fulfilling lives as independently as possible. If you enjoy helping people and want to make a difference to their lives, this job could be perfect for you.

Main advert detail

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated to support people to learn new skills and develop their independence. To be comfortable supporting people with personal care, and have excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with service users, their families and other professionals. In return we will offer you support and specialised training including Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton, Inclusive Communication and level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
