The Special Education Needs &amp;/or Disability (SEND) Service is a statutory service providing support to children and young people with SEND who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). We have over 4,000 EHC plans and a team of 22 SEN officers alongside 4 team-leaders across four teams: Statutory Needs Assessment, Pre-14 Review and Transfer, Post 14 Review &amp; Transfer and Looked After &amp; Vulnerable Children Team. The Service is looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to its Statutory Assessment Team . 
As pathfinders for the SEND Reforms, Enfield are passionate &amp; ambitious about improving the outcomes of Children &amp; Young People aged 0-25 in the borough with SEND. We are looking for somebody who shares our passion and ambitions to support the great work that we are doing, whilst working towards our vision of continuously improving the SEND Service. You will need to have knowledge of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice and the Children and Families Act and be able to support parents/carers and young people on the opportunities that are available within the Local Offer. 
You will offer advice and support to parents, schools and other professionals on the statutory assessment process and attend co production meetings regularly. You will need to ensure that applications are processed in a timely manner, in line with guidance and actioned within statutory timeframes. SEND is a busy service so the ability to be able to work at a fast pace, together with personal resilience are extremely important as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads dependent on conflicting priorities. To be successful in this role, you will have to be pro-active and work as part of a team, and also have the confidence to work on your own initiative. Good communication skills and a high standard of written English are essential in order to be able to produce outstanding EHCPs that are succinct and of a high quality. Strong ICT knowledge and the ability to learn new case management 
systems are essential. 
A SEN Caseworker qualification and previous experience of working within a statutory service is desired, though a track record of building good relationships and working in collaboration with all Partners to place the child at the centre of your practice is essential. 
Flexible working hours are available subject to business needs. Core hours of the service are 9.30 to 15.30 Monday to Friday and Coordinators are expected to be available for work during these times. The ability to learn and work remotely and independently is vital. The position will have a blend of remote and office-based working.

This is a challenging and varied role, your duties will involve dealing with all aspects of council tax, business rates and housing benefit overpayment recovery, including answering customer enquiries in writing, over the telephone, at court and the council offices.
The successful&nbsp;applicant will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer care, communication and interpersonal skills. About the role
Individual giving is a fantastic, high performing team, generating over £20 million fundraised income per year. Your role will help to plan and develop fundraising strategy, budget management, as well as being responsible for delivering campaigns of significant scale and generating income both now and for the future.
If successful you will be responsible for reaching out to thousands of people across the UK to find new committed supporters, as well as growing long-termengagement with existing supporters through retention communications.
Key to this role&nbsp; is building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver engaging marketing campaigns at scale, across a wide range of channels and activities (including face-to-face, DRTV, direct mail, digital), driving vital income to support the charity’s research and care objectives.
About you
You’ll have good experience of running direct marketing activity to generate income, working with suppliers and at scale to solicit funds from tens of thousands of supporters.

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our busy Scanning and Indexing team — a vital part of the Council’s Revenues and Benefits service.Supporting the Council Tax and Business Rates, Benefits &amp; Financial Welfare, and Corporate Debt teams, you’ll help manage a high volume of documents for over 122,000 council tax properties, 6,400 business rates accounts, and 17,000 benefit claims.
