We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice, with good communication and interpersonal skills, to join the Housing Strategy Team.
The main focus of the role will be to support the team in responding to customer enquiries, taking minutes of meetings and working with a range of partners to make sure we collect data on what has been achieved. You will help to monitor our Housing Related Support services and gain knowledge and experience of outcomes and quality monitoring.
You will develop a working knowledge of Housing Related Support and housing law and legislation that applies to our customer enquiries. You will be trained and supported to develop the knowledge and skills required for use of the Council’s Housing ICT software packages and systems such as Locata and Integra.
