This includes assessing the materials needed, obtaining them from main stores or suppliers, and seeking approval for repairs that exceed specified work orders. <br><br>Your work will primarily be in occupied properties, so it's essential to exercise care to avoid damage to occupants' property and treat all customers (tenants) with courtesy and respect.<br><br>Upon completion of work or at the end of shifts, you will ensure that sites are properly tidied up, with all waste materials removed and disposed of according to instructions. You will complete service sheets, orders, and time sheets legibly and promptly, and carry out all work in accordance with current codes of safe working practice, legislation, and Health and Safety regulations. Wearing the Council uniform and carrying ID cards at all times is mandatory.<br><br>Additionally, you will improve the quality of services to customers/clients, achieve minute targets/job counts set under the Pay and Productivity Scheme, and identify any additional work required.
