We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our busy service to provide administrative support for all HR activities. This is a fixed term appointment until 31st March 2018.

You will assist the team by undertaking a variety of tasks, providing a range of support across the service. Tasks will include using Microsoft Office and electronic databases to prepare documents and input information as well as general office duties.

We are looking for someone with excellent IT and general administrative skills to contribute to the team. The ideal applicant will be self motivated and able to work well in a team with good communication skills (both written and verbal). The ability to prioritise workload whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
