HR Advisor - Part time or Full time Are you keen to develop your experience in a well-regarded and highly performing HR Team? We are looking for people on a permanent or fixed term basis with the ability to provide pragmatic advice and develop a range of options and creative solutions that take account of business needs. Our customers in the public sector are dealing with an increasingly fast paced and demanding agenda, and we help them to meet that challenge. Operating in a business partnering model you will work with service managers, providing professional advice and challenge on a full range of HR matters including case management and change programmes. Assessing risk factors to allow managers to make sound business led decisions will be critical as will coaching and guiding managers to develop their understanding and skills. You will need strong influencing skills and a healthy appetite for risk, as well as the ability to work under pressure at times. Ideally part CIPD qualified, you should have experience in a similar role, having supported managers through a wide range of employee relations case work. You will also need confident interpersonal skills to be credible and influential with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives. In return you will join LGSS, one of the UK’s largest shared service ventures of its kind, and have the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience in a varied environment. We offer flexibility with hours and work location and a generous holiday allowance. We are an energetic team that is customer focused and committed to providing HR solutions that meet service need. In a supportive environment that encourages personal development you will have opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career.
