HR Advisor - Salary £30,324 - £31,998 per annum 12 month fixed term contract.
We are looking for a highly motivated experienced HR Advisor with demonstrable skills in the area of sickness absence management who is able to work independently and proactively to identify and find solutions
Reporting to the HR Consultant, you be instrumental in addressing absence within the Councils. You will be interpret data to identify and resolve individual absences. The role will include working with individuals to assist in their return to work, as well as conducting all informal and formal procedures. In addition to this you will be involved in key HR projects and initiatives as well as supporting continuing improvement across the Council managing people.
You will be organised and confident who is CIPD qualified and able to demonstrate evidence of undertaking a similar role and having worked successfully at band 2 of the CIPD Professional Map. You will also have up to date knowledge of employment law and evidence of continuous professional development.
