FTC 18 months London based with some travel outside of London. Cira £50,000.
Reporting to the Head of People and OD, the successful candidate will have a change mindset and a strategic vision. This highly diverse organisation is keen to appoint an HR Business Partner who is truly at ease working with a dedicated client base, able to influence, coach and genuinely be seen as the HR expert and therefore a valued and trusted advocate to the business. Working in partnership with your designated directorates you will ensure business objectives are met by supporting business units to put in place the right people plans, resources and HR and OD solutions.
With a relevant HR related qualification (or equivalent experience) you will have proven experience of working as a Senior HR professional in a people focused organisation, together with demonstrable experience of working as project lead and/or successfully managing large scale organisational change programmes.
This is a fixed term role for 18 months. Interviews will commence on 20th January 2017.
