This post provides a great opportunity for you to play a key role in working within a HR service across Adur and Worthing Council(s).
The successful candidate will be talented and innovative with an interest and understanding of the vision, purpose and values of a customer focused HR Strategy, and will be able to demonstrate the ability to take personal responsibility for delivering an excellent service.
You will have proven experience of working in a generalist HR role, having responsibility for employee relations cases, giving pragmatic and outcome focussed advice, taking measured risks, being involved in recruitment and selection, alongside a commitment to deliver a highly professional HR service.
You will be a valuable contributor to the shape of the day to day operations of an HR team which provides a specialist professional service alongside an efficient administrative service.
This role provides a real opportunity to demonstrate the attitudes and behaviours that drive quality and a great customer experience.
