As HRConsultant &amp; JE Leadyou will be the expert in the job evaluation process, ensuring all roles are evaluated fairly, providing advice and guidance to managers. You will collaborate with HRBPs and managers to develop and implement strategies for organisational change, leading on the consultation and engagement processes, to meet the needs of the Council, and provide professional HR advice and support.
