This role plays an integral part in that journey.</p><h4>Job description</h4><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Senior EDI Officer to help drive our inclusion programme across the Commission. This role will focus on identifying and removing barriers to participation, supporting a diverse workforce, and embedding inclusive practices that create equitable outcomes for all.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Support the design and delivery of EDI models, tools and frameworks</li><li>Provide expert advice and practical support to senior leaders and project teams</li><li>Lead and coordinate EDI projects and Equality Impact Assessments</li><li>Develop and deliver inclusive training and resources</li><li>Analyse workforce and equality data to inform evidence-based decisions</li></ul><p>Your work will help shape policy, influence organisational culture, and ensure our services are accessible and inclusive.</p><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>You will join a collaborative and supportive team that champions inclusion across the organisation. We work closely with HR, policy teams, programme leads and staff networks to embed best practice and create a culture where everyone can thrive.</p><h4>Person specification</h4><p>We’re seeking someone who combines EDI expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
