You will build relationships with local premises and subject matter experts to deliver training, manage the communications and bookings, ensuring that training is evaluated, enabling you to use your full expertise and oversee the whole process.\n \nThis is a real opportunity to make a positive difference to our organisations. We work in a hybrid way with the principles of 2-3 days in the office, varying between both Brentwood Borough and Rochford District Council, in addition to home working, and based on the needs of the service.\n \n<h3>About the candidate:</h3>\nYou will have experience of working within an organisational development environment and hold a Level 3 CIPD or have the equivalent level of experience.
