<p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p><strong>Join us to play a key role developing policy, leading projects that support our people and organisation, and make a real impact on how we work!</strong></p><p> We are looking for an experienced HR Pay and Reward Specialist with strong policy expertise to join our team. This is a key role, leading on pay, terms and conditions, and job evaluation, while managing a small team of dedicated professionals.</p><p> You will work in partnership with managers and HR colleagues to drive organisational change and support continuous improvement across services.
