Job Description Salary: £33,531 - £38,052 per annum Grade D Fixed Term Contract / Internal Secondment - 24 months 37 Hours per Week&nbsp; &nbsp; The Role: <ul> <li>Design, produce, and maintain regular and ad-hoc MI reports and dashboards using Power BI.</li> <li>Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with HR and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analysis.</li> </ul> Data Management <ul> <li>Process input of new starters and contractual changes accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Undertake data cleansing activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee data.</li> <li>Monitor data quality and implement improvements where required.</li> <li>Produce management information reports using Power BI.</li> </ul> System Support (Oracle Fusion) <ul> <li>Support the development and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HR modules, including testing and feedback on system upgrades.</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for user queries, providing advice and guidance on system functionality.</li> <li>Contribute to process improvements to streamline systems and data workflows.</li> </ul> Compliance &amp; FOI Requests <ul> <li>Coordinate and respond to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests relevant to the People function.</li> <li>Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and compliant with statutory obligations.</li> <li>Maintain records of FOI requests and support the People Team with compliance monitoring.</li> </ul> Key Skills, Experience, Knowledge: The successful candidate will need to have the following: <ul> <li>Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Oracle, Power BI.</li> <li>A good understanding of how HCM systems are managed.</li> <li>Proven ability and experience of using statistical methods to describe or make inferences about data</li> <li>Ability to communicate insights and results of data analyses by producing meaningful written reports, dashboards.</li> <li>Ability to work with broad datasets, navigating data quality issues along the way.</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and data accuracy coupled with strong organising and planning skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul> If you are applying on a visa, please ensure it is valid for the full two year duration of the role.
