Infrastructure Officer

ICT and Customer Services

Our ICT department is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to work as part of our busy Infrastructure team. As part of a small team you will need to be pro-active, confident and an excellent communicator as you will be working with customers of varying seniority and technical expertise.

Primarily you will perform IT support tasks, ensure that users have access to systems appropriate to their positions, install new hardware and software and ensure its compatibility with existing systems. This position will provide you with the exposure and experience of a wide range of infrastructure tasks.

For the right candidate we would be able to offer appropriate training, in return we are looking for someone who can demonstrate their ability to transfer their skills quickly, have proven capability in resolving technical problems and have current knowledge and understanding of system and hardware configuration. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for IT, the ability to acquire IT solutions to business problems and the drive to move forward and develop.

Please note that occasional working out of normal office hours will be required for this post.
