An exciting and varied role, based within the Business Services’ team of Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service (NFRS). This team is responsible for a number of core business functions such as risk management, performance analysis and programme management, as well as producing the draft strategic plan (IRMP). This role will support the IRMP Manager in all aspects of the production of the strategic plan, as well as providing support to projects across the Service. A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to ever changing demands is essential. You will need to be: • highly organised and efficient; • capable of managing and prioritising your own workload; • well-developed communication skills; • proactive, with the ability to work on your own initiative; • a good problem solver. The post will be based within our offices at Moulton Park, Northamptonshire.
