About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ICT infrastructure, ensuring staff have the tools and systems they need to deliver excellent services.
Key Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide first and second-line technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in line with organisational policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with onboarding new staff by creating relevant accounts, ensuring they have the right equipment, and delivering basic training. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate records of assets and support requests using our IT service management system. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with colleagues to deliver ICT projects and drive continuous improvements.
