We manage all areas of the Kingston and Sutton council websites.We have made great strides in implementing GA4 and establishing an Analytics function in the Digital team, and we are now looking for a permanent member of staff to join our friendly team and to grow and manage this function.About the Role and Our Ideal CandidateKingston and Sutton Digital team are looking for a senior analyst who will sit within the Web Team, taking a lead on the implementation and spearheading the wider use of digital data across the councils. This individual will be responsible for helping use data to understand the journey of the customer and the role that digital plays in the user experience. They will be adept and understanding user journeys and should have experience in communicating insights from data to promote actionable changes to product and service teams.The main scope of this role is to manage the technical aspects of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and other web tracking based technologies.
