This is a fantastic opportunity to join our ICT &amp; Data Management Department as a Service Delivery Officer (Assets)We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our stock and assets team, responsible for the provision and accurate recording of IT devices and assets.As a Service Delivery Officer in our ICT &amp; Data Management Department, you will play a key role in managing all hardware assets throughout their lifecycle, from delivery to disposal. You will ensure our processes for obtaining and deploying stock are followed, and that all assets are properly recorded and tracked in our databases.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, outcome-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service. About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused ICT Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our ICT infrastructure, ensuring staff have the tools and systems they need to deliver excellent services.
Key Responsibilities: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide first and second-line technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in line with organisational policies. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with onboarding new staff by creating relevant accounts, ensuring they have the right equipment, and delivering basic training. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate records of assets and support requests using our IT service management system. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with colleagues to deliver ICT projects and drive continuous improvements.
What We’re Looking For: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure. • &nbsp; &nbsp;A commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies and applications.
Desirable: • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of Active Directory. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Citrix, and hybrid environments.
