Your day-to-day work will see you participating in whole service transformation and influencing associated content strategy and product development; collaborating with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to craft seamless user journeys, while developing and implementing content standards, guidance, and style patterns that reflect our brand and values. Using analytics, user feedback, and research, you’ll evaluate and improve content strategies, review existing customer journeys and calls to action, and make recommendations to the Product team to improve self-service take-up.</p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>We’re seeking an experienced content professional who combines creativity with a relentless focus on the user. To succeed in this role, you’ll need substantial experience creating, publishing, and managing high-quality, user-centred content along with expertise in WCAG accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and modern content design tools. Proficiency with the Drupal CMS (Local Gov Drupal would be a plus) is desirable, but more importantly, you’ll be adept at delivering digital content projects that drive service improvement.
