<li>Key responsibilities in the role of ICT Support Professional include resource allocation and coordination, work planning, and overseeing the daily operations of the ICT Service Centre&nbsp;</li>
<li>The ICT Support Professional&nbsp;role requires representing the ICT Service Centre in service-related meetings, monitoring workloads, and identifying fault trends. About the Role
Knowsley Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee IT Officer to join our Production Support team within the wider IT Service.
