<h2>About the role</h2>We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our dedicated Infrastructure team here at West Northants Council.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving infrastructure issues beyond the first and second-line teams. You'll be crucial in maintaining and monitoring a network of 550+ VMs, Citrix, and RDS estates, ensuring smooth operations and security.
<h2>Additional information</h2><ul>
	<li>Proven experience in a 2nd or 3rd Line support role, with a desire to advance your career</li>
	<li>Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Teams, Azure, Citrix and VMWare</li>
	<li>Experience with Backup/Archiving technologies</li>
	<li>Scripting knowledge such as Powershell and an interest in automation/orchestration</li>
	<li>You'll be a strong advocate for ITIL process and Change Control</li>
