You’ll manage queues of support calls, handle incidents and service requests, and provide technical guidance to users and colleagues alike. You’ll also contribute to maintaining technical documentation and support materials.</p><p>You’ll have the chance to work with a wide range of services including Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, Education, Housing, and Regulatory Services - no two days will be the same. You’ll also support wider project teams with tasks such as software updates, change control processes, and system testing.</p><b>About you</b><br><p>As an Applications Support Analyst, you have a knack for delving into complex issues and finding effective solutions through thorough analysis of available information. You approach challenges with composure and a methodical mindset, ensuring tasks are handled thoughtfully and efficiently. </p><p>We’re looking for someone who is passionate about problem-solving and has a natural affinity and understanding for technology.
