About the Role<br>

You are an experienced Solutions Architect (or similar), with a strong background in enterprise architecture and the full solution development lifecycle. You have a proven track record of designing complex, cross-platform solutions in large-scale agile environments, and possess deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. You understand cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, and secure, scalable solution design. Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and a solid grasp of data protection and regulatory standards are essential. You’re a collaborative leader, an effective communicator, and thrive on guiding teams and stakeholders through technical decisions.<br>

<h4>Job summary</h4>This position is based Nationally<h4>Job description</h4><p>The Service Desk Manager role within HMCTS Digital and Technology Services (DTS) involves management and leadership responsibilities, providing essential services to our users as part of the Live Operations team. The post holder will have the opportunity to contribute to building and implementing the new digital operating model for HMCTS, at the heart of the future organisation.</p><p>The Service Desk Manager is responsible for the operation, support, maintenance and improvement of the DTS Service Desk (1LS) team. About the Role<br>

Are you ready to play a key role in delivering and supporting critical Council infrastructure and applications? As an Applications Packaging and Deployment Engineer, you’ll be responsible for packaging, releasing, and deploying software across the organization, ensuring compliance, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.<br>
