We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to join our well established but highly ambitious organisation. This is an exciting time to join Catalyst as we embark on an accelerated period of growth and change with a clear plan to push forward the business.
Catalyst is one of the leading housing associations in London and the South East, developing homes for both rent and outright sale, and acting as an agent for change within local communities. We are constantly adapting and evolving our services to meet a changing environment and the changing needs of our customers. At Catalyst we are fiercely proud of our mission to become the model 21st century provider of homes: applying social and commercial entrepreneurship to tackle social exclusion, and building innovative mixed-tenure communities.
Reporting to the CIO, and working closely with management and key stakeholders, the Lead Enterprise Architect will guide the creation and design of our technology strategy and roadmap; supporting and developing a small team of architects to facilitate a dynamic technical future that delivers real change for Catalyst – from how we operate in the workplace, to how we connect with our customers. As Catalyst’s senior technical lead, you will use your extensive experience, and proven ability to build relationships and drive real change to ensure that our vision becomes reality.
Significant recent experience of working with senior business stakeholders including influencing skills at CxO level, to shape, define and design the delivery of architectural solutions is desired. You will have a very good understanding of technologies, extensive hands-on experience of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies, driving the creation of architecture governance, standards and frameworks as well as experience of deploying modern technology development and delivery models, including Agile, and bimodal. You will need to be a strong team leader able to demonstrate experience of developing talent, with excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional service orientation.
We recognise that our success lies within our people so if you have the ambition, skills and experience we are looking for, you are inspired by our vision and you believe you can make a difference we’d love to hear from you.
