About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Learning and Development Officer to join an established team. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role involves working with the Manager in the design and delivery of e-learning and classroom events and also providing administrative support.

As well as design and delivery, your role as a Learning and Development Officer will be to collate and report on organisation-wide learning, including identified learning needs following the annual appraisal process. A key part of the role will be supporting the part-time Learning and Development Administrator.

About You

We are looking for individuals who have previous Learning and Development experience including experience of co-ordinating Learning and Development programmes. You must be able to work to deadlines and be able to take the initiative. We are therefore looking for individuals who demonstrate a compassionate, enthusiastic and `can-do` approach.

You must be able to work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support and be flexible in your approach to work. You will have a commitment to equality and diversity and take a positive approach to supporting others.
