We are seeking to recruit an experienced Learning Mentor to join our outstanding staff team at Beckmead College to work full-time with our new Post 16 students at our exciting new facility from September 2017. The successful candidate will be an experienced Learning Mentor with a commitment to fulfilling the needs of pupils experiencing behavioural, emotional or learning difficulties, and social communication difficulties.
The ability to motivate pupils towards high achievement is essential. Excellent teamwork, classroom and communication skills are vital. Applications are welcomed from existing learning mentors who have an energy and passion for working with children with complex needs. Experience working with post 16 and supporting progression into work would be an advantage.
Applications should be submitted on the Beckmead Family of Schools Support Staff Application form which can be downloaded from this website. Completed applications should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by the closing date.
