This permanent role will appeal to senior building control professionals ready to take a step up into management and also existing building control managers looking for a refreshing change of environment.</p>\n<p>This interesting and varied role will see the post holder leading our enthusiastic and well organised building control team and playing a key role in ensuring quality services are delivered in an effective, efficient manner. You will ensure all building control activities comply with the Operational Standards Rules. This is a hands on role overseeing both residential and commercial projects on which you will provide expert guidance and support. You will also be responsible for service development, evaluating options and reporting to our Corporate Management Team and our Elected Members.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of the building regulations and an ability to lead and inspire a team.
