We are seeking an analytical, collaborative and highly motivated Tenant Feedback and Insight Officer to play a central role in helping the council deliver meaningful outcomes from tenant engagement across our housing services.This role will ensure we make full and effective use of insights gathered from tenant feedback, surveys, scrutiny activity and the tenant census. You will turn data into actionable recommendations, support service improvement workstreams, and produce high-quality reports for senior managers, Members, tenants and other stakeholders. This post is critical to demonstrating the impact of tenant engagement and strengthening our compliance with the Tenant Involvement and Empowerment elements of the Consumer Standards.
