The focus will be on high quality work, outstanding customer service and a right first-time attitude.As lead electrician, you will have additional duties serving as a ‘Qualified Supervisor’, registered with a CPS scheme (NICEIC). As such, you will be given the required time to enable you to carry out these additional tasks alongside your daily jobs.The lead electrician will have fundamental responsibility to ensure the quality &amp; compliance of the day-to-day work of the business, to negate so far as is reasonably practicable, the risk of damage to L&amp;Q property. This role involves working closely with some of our most vulnerable customers, including those with mental health challenges or substance misuse issues, so a caring and empathetic approach is essential.
