Persona: Agile- 1-2 days office attendance required.

An opportunity has arisen within the void’s team. The role is being recruited on a temporary basis and is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has a sound knowledge of void management.

Your impact in the role:

This is a role that impacts both residents and internal teams and will have direct influence over increasing satisfaction and achieving&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;goals within the service.
The Maintenance Team Manager will get involved in increasing productivity and driving results in line with current KPIs.
As a key member of the Voids Team, you will lead a team of frontline staff working on reactive works to deliver a first-class repair service for our empty homes.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent service and sound financial decision-making.&nbsp; Your experience of managing people, delivering void service and financial results will therefore be essential.&nbsp;
What you'll bring:

<ul>
<li>Experience of leading, supervising and motivating a team of void supervisors</li>
<li>Experience of contract management.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SORs and building knowledge.</li>
<li>Track record of delivering excellent customer service and resident satisfaction against KPIs</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation</li>
<li>Experience of implementing and maintaining good Health and Safety, including working at heights, manual handling, asbestos and day to day Health and Safety Compliance</li>
<li>Demonstrable financial acumen &amp; commercial awareness</li>
<li>Ability to build positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Resilience and the ability to work in a pressured environment.</li>
</ul>
