The Role 
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Coordinator to support our Repairs &amp; Maintenance service. This role is key to ensuring that tenant homes and communal spaces are safe, well maintained, and meet the high standards our tenants expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Acting as the first point of contact for repair and maintenance queries. 
</li>
<li>Logging and managing repair requests, liaising with contractors and surveyors to ensure works are carried out effectively. 
</li>
<li>Supporting the monitoring of service standards and performance. 
</li>
<li>Assisting with health and safety checks and coordinating property inspections. 
</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication across teams.</li>
</ul>

As a Handyperson/Gardener with us, your main responsibilities will be to undertake routine maintenance of the building and grounds; carrying out checks minor repairs and gardening along with undertaking health &amp; safety related checks such as the testing of the fire alarms / water temperature checks. &nbsp;&nbsp;
The role does includes supporting our domestic team with general cleaning tasks when needed.&nbsp;
Your high standards, resilience, and positive can-do attitude, alongside your DIY skills and outdoor maintenance, will make sure the home and grounds are pleasant, free from hazards and safe for our residents, staff and visitors.&nbsp;
As we have a large mature garden with many pathways and seating areas, a lot of your time will be spent outdoors both in winter &amp; summer.&nbsp;

<li>Some transferable DIY and gardening skills along with the ability to know when the work requires more specialist contractors.&nbsp;</li>

<li>The ability to keep accurate records of routine health &amp; safety check you may complete within the role.&nbsp;</li>
