The Site Controller will be responsible for management of the cleaning service within the school and well as the booking and oversight of all works at the school including both regular and adhoc servicing.</p>\n<p>A 3 bedroom bungalow with a large garden is offered as part of the role with low monthly rental costs however whilst this is preffered, it is not essential.</p>\n<p>This post is subject to the Bracknell Forest Site Controllers Scheme which means that the post holder is required to work up to 30 hours extra per calendar month for the salary paid. Overtime has to be agreed in advance and will only be paid once the extra 30 hours have been worked.
