To be successful in the role you will need:

<li>Education to degree level or equivalent through relevant training and experience</li>

<li>A sound grasp of corporate governance issues and secretarial practice</li>
<li>Good understanding of regulatory environment and legal requirements of the social housing sector</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders</li>
