You will further ensure a quality service is delivered in line with our contractual requirements to the residents. You will be responsible for creating a psychologically informed environment (PIE) with person centred support during all hours. You will work closely with the day teams to ensure a smooth handover from the day to night. </p>\n<p>This service is a Forensic Mental Health provision for 27 people across 4 sites in Croydon. For your own personal safety, you will require to have access to your own transport as you will need to travel between our 4 sites during the night shift to provide managerial support to the teams. The teams support our residents with person centred support, to empower them to overcome their personal barriers with their mental health, to have greater independence and fulfilled living. The service is responsible for holding various activities, group sessions, and one to one support to enable residents to build their personal skills and experiences to achieve their goals. </p>\n<p><strong>The role includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Line Management and Leadership, supporting your team providing advice, guidance and support throughout their employment lifecycle</li>\n<li>Support the Service Manager in leading the day to day operational delivery of the service</li>\n<li>Risk Management ownership, ensuring processes and policies are followed</li>\n<li>Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed</li>\n<li>Financial Management, including petty cash and budget management</li>\n<li>Contract management and Internal auditing, admin, and general other duties as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Please refer to the JDPS attached for more details on the vacancy and our requirements/key criteria.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>About you</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a passionate, driven and motivated colleague to lead this service in a trauma informed and inclusive way.
