About the Role
We are recruiting for a Project Manager to coordinate a multi-year project delivering retrofit decarbonisation, heat networks and solar PV to sites and public buildings across the City Region.
The role will collaborate with stakeholders including funders, local authorities, supply chain and delivery partners and work alongside the North West Net Zero Hub using a standardised project management framework, methodologies, tools and templates.&nbsp; However, you will have the autonomy to determine the best way forward for your project, motivating and leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle.

<li>-Work with the LCRCA Procurement and legal team to procure external services, ensuring effective oversight of contractor resource and supplier input, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.</li>

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority for the position of Estates Surveyor in the Facilities Management / Land &amp; Property Service.

About the person
Reporting to the Land &amp; Property Manager, the Estates Surveyor will act as a lead officer across this diverse range of land &amp; property assets that serve to deliver the LCRCA business. This , includes our Operational buildings, Mersey Tunnels, Mersey Ferries, Maintenance Delivery services, Bus, Rail and other associated Land/Property. You will have the demonstrable experience and skills associated with landlord/tenant/owner occupier related transactions such a diverse portfolio requires. &nbsp;
Working in partnership with the operations teams and wider directorates, you will ensure relations are well maintained and obligations met,taking corrective actions where required. You will be able to manage and update the Land &amp; Property Asset Register and plan property related actions in advance to meet contractual agreements and ensure the service delivers its objectives and targets. You will have the drive and determination to work with other departments to deliver a range of services that the 1.6m people of Liverpool City Region deserve. &nbsp;You will possess demonstrable skills for what is a key position in the organisation.

About the Role:
You will co-ordinate and manage the Council's duties related to the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, vehicle licensing, street trading, and other functions, including regulation and enforcement activities.
About the Candidate:
The successful candidate will have an understanding of legal frameworks and procedures related to licensing and enforcement and the ability to quickly analyse and interpret complex written, numerical and financial information and make informed decisions.
You will be proficient in working independently and collaboratively and have strong interpersonal skills building effective teams and relationships. You will also have a personal commitment to delivering high quality services to all customers and service users, experience of managing human resources and strong problem solving and decision-making abilities to resolve licensing issues and disputes.
