About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Marketing Lead to join the Combined Authority’s Communications &amp; Marketing team.
In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to support the effective growth of our staff, across a range of sectors. You will lead on all aspects of recruitment marketing, including social media, websites and third-party platforms, as well as production of key collateral to support the employee onboarding experience. You’ll use insight to drive the success of your work, ensuring the messaging is landing with target markets and feeding our pipeline of new talent, and the retention of existing staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;
This is a 12 month fixed term vacancy. 
About the person
You will be part of the Communications and Marketing team and can draw in relevant disciplines and skills (videographer, internal comms, marketing, digital, copywriting etc.), to maximise the impact of recruitment and retention campaigns.&nbsp;You will also work closely with colleagues from Recruitment, HR and the wider business to respond to requirements and ensure campaigns are joined up.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Within your application, please ensure that you provide examples of the following skills and experience:

<li>•Evidence of relevant experience of designing and implementing end-user focussed Attraction Strategies and Plans for complex organisations, preferably in a multi-disciplinary public sector setting.</li>
<li>•Experience of planning and developing employer branding strategy and attracting high quality candidates.</li>
<li>•Evidence of reaching a broad audience and specific targeted messaging to drive greater representation, accessibility and inclusion.</li>
</ul>

About the role
We’re here for anyone affected by breast cancer. And we’re only here because of the amazing people that work with us. We’ve launched our new five-year strategy this Autumn, focussed on growth and impact, to transform the lives of anyone affected by breast cancer.&nbsp;
We’re looking for a marketing officer to join our busy strategic marketing and communications planning team, to work on our health information and support marketing. It’s an exciting time to join the team and Breast Cancer Now as we continue to make progress towards our ambition to be recognised as the place to turn for anything and everything to do with breast cancer.
You’ll be working closely with services, nursing and health information teams and responsible for delivering innovative and effective marketing communications which grows awareness of Breast Cancer Now’s health information and support offer amongst key audiences.
You’ll use your skills and experience to work across a full range of paid and owned channels to collaborate with both in-house and external, creative and media agencies to increase the reach and engagement of Breast Cancer Now’s support offer by planning and implementing targeted communications and campaigns.
About you
You’ll have good experience managing marketing campaigns across a range of media channels and a demonstrable interest in health marketing.
A well organised person with excellent communication skills, you’ll be confident managing external agencies and suppliers, as well as an in-house creative studio and in house digital team.
We have a wide portfolio of campaigns that sit closely with teams across the whole organisation, and you’ll work closely alongside internal stakeholders – all of which require excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. You’ll need to be comfortable managing several campaigns simultaneously as well as enjoy looking for fresh ways to deliver long-standing campaigns.
But most of all, you’ll be as passionate and ambitious as we’re about making a significant difference for people affected by breast cancer.
