We're looking for a passionate, ambitious Marketing Executive to make a mark in our newly merged housing group.
This permanent full time role is a great opportunity for someone with experience either from a similar role or through relevant qualifications / training. In a nutshell, this is a busy, varied role where you'll develop and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. As we are a newly merged group there is lots of opportunity to help develop and shape marketing at Clarion.
About the role
Some of the initial priorities include:
- You will develop and deliver marketing campaigns across online and offline channels; maximising internal channels and making use of digital opportunities.
- Your first challenge will be to re-brand the new companies suite of collateral and roll out a marketing plan for residents which takes into account the new Group's priorities, brands and values.
- Create HTML emails and leaflets
- Manage the tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation to produce relevant campaigns and content.
Ideally, you will have a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns through multiple channels from a similar role. We are also open to hearing from you if you have theoretical marketing knowledge gained from study and you are looking to now put this into practice.
You'll be familiar with digital marketing and comfortable managing social media campaigns. If you have housing or charitable organisation background that would be preferred but not essential. What is essential is excellent attention to detail with strong proof reading skills, great communication skills and a flexible approach to work.
Clarion Group formed in 2016, following the merger between two of the country's largest housing associations, Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing Group.
With over 125,000 homes we are the country's largest housing group. We attract and connect experience and people across every aspect of housing. We plan and build. We attract people, support people and invest in creating platforms for thriving communities.
Clarion Housing Group is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce. We wish not only to reflect the communities that we serve, but also to harness the wealth of creativity that diverse teams provide, including improved problem solving, innovation and dynamism. We are an organisation that encourages staff to be authentically themselves, which makes Clarion an effective and productive place to work.
As a Disability Confident Committed Employer we understand that people with disabilities are underrepresented in the workplace and that, as a result, we are missing out on vital skills and knowledge in our organisation. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have a disability or long-term health condition so that we can automatically shortlist you for an interview, as long as you meet the minimum selection criteria for the position.
If this sounds like an opportunity you'd be interested in, we look forward to hearing from you. In return we offer you a competitive salary and generous benefits package in a supportive environment, with plenty of scope for your career advancement and salary progression
