Community Building Services provide a range of high quality building and maintenance services. We are looking for a qualified Plumber to join our team in Plymouth.
The post will be mobile and will be responsible for providing maintenance services across Plymouth. With a Plumbing City and Guilds Qualification (NVQ level 3) and competency in other secondary trades, you will have good customer care and admin skills (PDAs and paperwork) and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems.
You will need to be flexible as occasionally you will be required to work out of hours on a standby rota and you will be expected to travel considerable distances to complete work on an almost daily basis.
A full driving licence is required. You will be provided with a full uniform, PDA and sign written vehicle.
CBS Multi Trade Operatives enjoy 25 days annual leave + bank holidays which increases with length of service, participation in a bonus scheme and a defined contribution pension scheme.
Community Building Services (CBS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Clarion Housing Group have been delivering services to their residents since 2002. Their property maintenance responsibility has grown from 4,500 properties contained within the Borehamwood area to their current 30,000 property portfolio across the whole of England. Their teams of Multi Trade Operatives deliver services from Plymouth to Newcastle and Brighton to Preston.
