We have an opportunity for Social Workers to join our adult teams.&nbsp; Your role will be to hold a varied case load from a range of different client groups, aged 14+, with a range of differing needs i.e. Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Safeguarding.&nbsp; You will carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, utilising creativity to enable the individual to be supported in their own home or other settings.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time Business Services Administrator to join our Business Services Team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this role, you will provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming reception service to all visitors of Focus, including service users, contractors, training delegates, and recruitment candidates. You will deliver high-quality administrative support across the team, working confidently across a range of IT systems. A key part of your role will be helping to keep our HQ running smoothly by reporting and recording facilities issues and supporting day-to-day health and safety processes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is educated to a good standard, highly organised, and able to work with excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable using a range of Microsoft Office applications and be a confident keyboard user. You’ll be supporting different areas of the team, so being well organised and consistent in your work will be valuable. Clear and professional communication is essential, as you will often be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors. Strong time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities will help you succeed in this position.
WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN

The Company
Focus Independent Adult Social Work is a member led, Community Interest Company (CIC) delivering statutory social services, including safeguarding, for adults in North East Lincolnshire.&nbsp; Formed in 2013, we employ approximately 160 staff and work collaboratively with local charities, other social enterprises, the local Council and Health organisations to improve the well-being of local people whilst delivering an ethical and caring social work service.&nbsp;&nbsp;
What We Are Looking For
Due to an impending retirement, we are now seeking a dynamic and passionate social worker to join us as a Social Work Manager. Working with other Social Work Manager colleagues, you will lead and manage the social care teams across Focus, supporting the delivery of effective Adult Social Care services in North East Lincolnshire.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, and a leader who can inspire and empower people to achieve organisational objectives, ensuring service delivery is strengths based and outcome focussed.
You will need to be confident, often in challenging and difficult situations.&nbsp; You need to have a wide knowledge of adult social care, have a high level of communication skills and be experienced in collaborative working across a range of different partner agencies.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our specialist Safeguarding Adults Team in the role of Assistant Safeguarding Triage Officer.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and triage support across the safeguarding service, ensuring timely and effective handling of safeguarding concerns. The role supports the whole service, including coordination with multi-agency partners and internal teams, and contributes to the smooth running of safeguarding processes including MARAC, MAPPA, MATAC, and low-level concerns.
You will work alongside our dedicated Safeguarding Adults Practitioners and receive, log and triage safeguarding referrals, gather information to support initial risk assessments and support colleagues to undertake face to face visits with “Adults at Risk”. You will handle telephone, electronic and written communication, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient manner. This role involves reviewing and handling highly sensitive safeguarding information, requiring strict confidentiality and care.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should be educated to a good standard and be organised with excellent attention to detail.&nbsp; You will need good keyboard skills and feel comfortable using Microsoft Office. You will need to be able to work accurately even when under pressure, have strong time management skills and be able to multi-task.
You will need to be able to work independently and as part of the team, manage your own workload and priorities, whilst having a high level of autonomy and professionalism.&nbsp; You will need to demonstrate to us that you can think on your feet and can support people in a range of emotionally demanding situations.&nbsp;
