Enjoy being at the centre of things? Join us as a co-ordinator for our one of our front line housing teams.
We're seeking a talented, highly motivated individual to join our temporary housing department in a central support role. The Home Options business at Notting Hill Housing (NHH) procures and manages temporary housing, meeting the urgent housing needs of vulnerable Londoners. We're a team motivated by the knowledge that we contribute directly to NHH's mission to provide good quality homes for those who could not otherwise afford them.
Like you, we pride ourselves in delivering an excellent service to our customers. We're commercially driven and will count on you to provide a support service to our teams, and make sure our customers and our partners receive a fantastic customer experience when working with us.
In this job you won't just be answering phones. You'll be a vital asset to our operations team, managing a wide range of tasks from organising viewings with new customers and liaising with local authorities, to updating systems, processing invoices and taking minutes. In everything that you do, your determined, energetic and precise approach will be part of the reason why our tenants love where they live.
As you'll work with colleagues and clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, you'll be an amazing relationship and rapport builder who is commercially astute. To keep the team working smoothly you'll share our 'can do' attitude and get involved with all aspects of the team's work. Finally, we'll expect you to be organised, an exceptional multi-tasker, and be confident in thinking on your feet - someone who thrives on being at the heart of a busy team.
We want you to grow in this role. As we have done for other co-ordinators in the past, we'll support your professional development. In return for your hard work, we will also offer you 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), health cash plan, season ticket loan, cycle 2 work scheme, childcare vouchers, life assurance and a generous contributory pension offer.
Short listed candidates will be asked to complete an online ability test prior to attending an interview and assessment The interview and assessment will take place at our Kings Cross office on 13 June 2017.
We are committed to equality of opportunity and are proud to be certified as a Disability Confident Employer.
