We are seeking a positive, energetic and well-organised person for the role of Development and Operations Manager at the Booth Museum of Natural History.
The successful applicant will join a dedicated team that encompasses the Booth Museum, Preston Manor and Hove Museum and is part of the Royal Pavilion & Museums. The post on offer is based at the Booth Museum.

Each of the three sites – Booth Museum, Preston Manor and Hove Museum – has a business plan which is overseen and implemented by a lead person at each site. The Booth Museum needs a dedicated and flexible person to be its site lead, mirroring positions on the other two sites.
The role requires overseeing and leading on many areas of the development of the Booth Museum covering income generation, visitor experience, overseeing maintenance, liaison with contractors, and cleanliness of the galleries and other spaces. The post holder will also work with relevant colleagues on the development of exhibitions, learning programmes and gallery displays. The post requires someone with a positive approach and a willingness to provide excellent care for the building, galleries, staff and visitors.
This role is part time for 22.5 hours a week and benefits from flexible working.
