At Surrey County Council an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team.
The current vacancy has arisen in the Property team. The Council is a landlord of a large number of properties. You will undertake the granting of straightforward commercial leases and residential lettings, as well as the placing of legal charges. You will be supported by the teams’ Lawyers as necessary.

The successful applicant must have a law degree or equivalent. You will be passionate about working as part of a team that delivers timely, clear and effective legal advice, representation and assistance to the Council, its partner authorities and clients served by Orbis Public Law. Attention to detail, commercial negotiation skills and managing competing priorities will be essential.
