We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced planning professional to join our Local Plans team at a pivotal time. With our Local Plan nearing adoption, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Charnwood through:

<li>Developing and implementing planning policies</li>
<li>Supporting the preparation of Supplementary Planning Documents</li>
<li>Contributing to the creation of a Borough-wide Design Code and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)</li>
</ul>
You will need a full UK driving licence as you will be traveling throughout the Borough and may be using your own transport.

You’ll bring:

<li>Proven experience in handling complex planning policy matters</li>
<li>Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and partner organisations</li>
