We're looking for a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to cover the night shift in our service based in Lewisham which offers specialist intensive rehabilitation for people who require more enhanced interventions than that which is offered by commissioned community services. We support residents who live with us for up to nine months and have been discharged from acute wards to avoid admission into inpatient rehabilitation. We support our residents to step down into less supported accommodation to become more independent and integrated into the community.&nbsp;
In this role, you will ensure resident safety, wellbeing, and progress towards their recovery goals. You will support in creating an environment where they feel safe and empowered, and are building relationships with relevant partners and individuals key towards their journey. You will create support plans, plan and hold activities, and further support them to achieve greater independence. The night Shift plays a crucial role in continuing the high quality care provided during the day, ensuring a safe, respectful, and responsive environment for residents. night staff are expected to remain awake, alert, and actively engaged throughout their shift. Sleeping while on duty is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal for gross misconduct.
Some key responsibilities include:

Mental Health Recovery Worker

What will you be doing?Sunrise Children’s Centre offers short breaks for children and young people with Disabilities, some of whom have additional needs, including behaviours that challenge and complex health needs.We are seeking a part-time cook for 15 hours per week, to prepare and plan meals within nutritional and dietary guidelines, ensuring meals are cooked and served in a timely manner following safe food hygiene standards.You will be asked to ensure the efficient running of the kitchen, complying with Health &amp; Safety requirements, checking equipment and ordering supplies.A Level 3 qualification in Food Safety is required. Enablement Support Worker

What will you be doing?Sunrise Children’s Centre offers overnight short breaks for children and young people in West Kent, from the age of 5 to 18 years old, who have disabilities, including autism and complex medical health needs. We support children to have fun with their friends and peers, to learn skills, make choices, and to be supported in a safe and nurturing environment, so that they and their families can have a break.We are seeking a Children’s Residential Worker to work 25 hours per week, working on a 4 week rolling rota basis, including some evenings, 2 weekends per month and some Bank holidays.We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, to be able to work as part of a busy team providing a high standard of care for the children and young people that we support, work with own initiative as well as with guidance. What will you be doing?Family Hubs provide a place to get the local support and services families need. It might be a young person or parent/carer you support. With Kent Family Hubs, you can provide advice, support and services to help throughout a family’s journey, from newborns to 19-year-olds, or up to 25-year olds with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Family Hub Practitioners have a key role in Kent’s Family Hubs. This role focuses on young people in the 11-19 years age range. You will be responsible for running groups such as Compass which is a course based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy to the young people directly. You will be supporting young people on a 1-1 basis either within the home, school or Family Hub to educate or coach them through a challenge they currently have. The Hubs are placed at the heart of communities to enable families to access the help they need and provide the help they may need at the right time. We require a hardworking, committed and passionate person to join the Tonbridge and Malling District Family Hubs. Line managed and supported by motivated and experienced local managers, the role will involve working in a team as well as direct 1-1 work with families. We are seeking a proactive and organised Planning Administration Assistant to support our Validation team in delivering high-quality services that support the wider planning department by registering and assessing planning applications. This is a key administrative role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including case management, data entry and customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support to the Validation Team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and databases.</li>
<li>Monitor mailboxes</li>
<li>Setting up planning applications</li>
<li>Reconciling planning payments.</li>
<li>Respond to public enquiries via, email, phone, in person, offering excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Liaise with internal departments and members of the public to support service delivery.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Bring to the Role
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a local authority or regulatory environment.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>The ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality at all times.</li>
<li>A calm, adaptable, and customer-focused approach to your work.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Planning services is desirable; however, full training will be given.</li>
