Working across the Adur District and Worthing Borough administrative area provides a unique breadth of opportunity, as we own a very wide variety of property types. This includes high quality investment assets, agricultural land, urban investment property, community and sports/leisure property, the seafronts and a range of eclectic assets.</p>\n<p>We will want you to quickly gain an understanding of parts of the portfolio that require your attention, get ahead of Landlord and Tenant issues, working with us and our tenants on MEES compliance, disposals and problem solving issues, get to know the systems and support the senior staff.</p>\n<p>The structure of local government is likely to change in the next few years and as such this may present opportunities to work across a wider area and with other types of property. The scope of the role could increase which will appeal to candidates with career ambition or those who prefer to work with certain types of asset class, for example.</p>\n<p>This role is within a high-performing professional team. We are therefore looking for someone with problem solving skills, communication skills, and who is calm under pressure. This is a collaborative team that values work being done in a timely fashion and will help you to deliver and grow. There is experienced support to assist you in the role and assist in getting to know our systems and processes.  We have good data, good geographic software and organised record keeping to enable an easy start.</p>\n<p>A valid driving licence and ability to travel very occasionally to our sites across England is required but predominantly travel would be restricted to Adur and Worthing areas. The post holder will develop evidence based policies to build regenerative place making strategy.
