Working hours: 37 hours Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term until 30th June 2028 Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.Team: Housing This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization. We pay an attractive salary of £27,711 - £30,060 and offer access to training and development opportunities. The successful candidate will be asked to effectively organise and co-ordinate a team of trade staff, Surveyors and program of works via a dynamic scheduling system, overseeing diaries to schedule available work for the most efficient deployment, to meet customer needs and ensure operatives and Surveyors are continually employed.
