<h4>Job summary</h4><p><strong>Compliance Strategy Delivery (CSD) Directorate is a small flexible directorate at the centre of the Customer Compliance Group. We are currently finalising an organisation design exercise to consolidate and focus on our core responsibilities. </strong></p><p><strong>This exercise has limited impact on the SCS1 roles at a high-level and the roles would be expected to maintain some flexibility. It also provides Firearms tactical advice for the force with the Firearms Support Unit.</p><p>The Armed Response Unit is an evolving group of professional officers who are highly trained and motivated. The teams have access to the most up-to-date equipment and training to ensure they can carry out their role and receive support and development within the unit. If you are re-joining at a different rank or you left your previous force more than 1 year ago, you will be required to undertake a 12-month probationary period.</li><li>Re-joiners at the same rank will re-enter the service on the pay scale point at which they left their previous force. Officers re-joining at a higher or lower rank will have their pay considered on a case-by-case basis.</li><li>Have a full manual driving licence.</li><li>Have no outstanding discipline or integrity issues</li><li>To have attained or be in the process of attaining a PIP 2 qualification (PIP 2 or above)</li><li>Be confirmed in rank.
