As well as this, our recently adopted Corporate Strategy commits us to undertaking a range of further improvements, including in resident engagement and using the outcomes to shape service delivery.\nIn this role you will be involved in a variety of workstreams including the policy and strategy making process, research and analysis, drafting policy documents and briefings, supporting services to implement strategies and strategic change, and monitoring performance.\nNo two days are the same and you will have the opportunity to work on a number of priority policy areas. It also offers significant scope to work with councillors and senior officers in driving our ambitious agenda forward.\nWe need someone with strong communication, people and technology skills, who is excited by working collaboratively.\nThis is the perfect opportunity to come use your team working skills and develop skills in those areas where you have not yet had direct experience and further develop your career.\nThis post is a full time role.
