The Principal Development Planning Officer will lead a full range of local planning services and area initiative work including the preparation and implementation of statutory and non-statutory development frameworks and plans.
You will need to hold a degree in planning or a related discipline, be a Corporate member of the RTPI and have substantial experience in the field of planning and/or development.
